Things I've Built
I like building things that matter. Sometimes that's software. Sometimes that's a 102-year-old building. The common thread: seeing value where others see problems.

Bridge7 Oncology
2017–2020Co-Founder & CEO
I bet on AI in healthcare before it was mainstream. Bridge7 was an AI-powered platform that helped cancer patients get better treatment planning consultations — scaling clinical expertise to reach more people who needed it.
Outcome: Raised $3M+ (Nextrans, UTEST). Deployed to 12 clinical sites. Won FACIT's Falcons' Fortunes on World Cancer Day 2020.
Westinghouse HQ Restoration
2017–2021Founder & General Partner
When I acquired this 102-year-old building in Hamilton, everyone thought I was crazy. The city was struggling. The building was neglected. But I saw what it could be: a catalyst for revitalization, a bridge between industrial heritage and modern workspace.
Outcome: Acquired for $2.6M. Led $13M+ restoration. 80,000 sq ft Class A office + 10,000 sq ft event venue. Won National Trust for Canada award. Now a cornerstone of Hamilton's East End revival.

Current Work
AI Builder Projects
Since December 2025, I've been deep in the code. Not just advising on AI anymore — actually building with it. 6+ apps shipped for clients and friends using Claude, Cursor, and Clawdbot.
The bottleneck has shifted. It's not 'can you code?' anymore. It's 'can you think clearly about what to build?'
Gallevin Consulting
Digital + AI consulting since 2010. 30+ companies advised. $250K+ in grants secured for clients. Technology strategy, AI adoption, digital transformation.

How I Pick Projects
I'm drawn to problems where I can see something others don't. Sometimes that's a technology bet (AI in oncology before it was obvious). Sometimes it's a market bet (Hamilton real estate when everyone said run). Sometimes it's a product bet (the dashboard as the product, not just a wrapper).
The common thread: contrarian conviction. Not being different for its own sake, but having a thesis about the future that most people don't share — and being willing to bet on it.
Got an Interesting Problem?
I'm always looking for the next thing to build. If you're working on something that matters, let's talk.
